The Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (ENC-AALNC) is a group of Legal Nurse Consultants who are engaged in promoting the professional advancement of registered nurses consulting within the legal arena by providing a forum for education and the exchange of information.  It is our intention to be actively engaged in bringing our skills, clinical knowledge and years of nursing experience to the medical-legal area.  The ENC-AALNC received its chapter charter in June 2002.

The American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, founded in 1989, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the professional enhancement of registered nurses practicing in a consultant capacity in the legal field.
